We crossed the continental divide! I guess if we get tired of motorcycles floating to the Pacific is now an option ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Oklahoma sure was hot and flat! Thankfully New Mexico and Colorado are much cooler. And more mountainous. And they have trees. And the roads have curves. We appreciate all these things.
Oklahoma roads continue on and on. And on. And on. Also, we hit some gnarly mud.
We made it to Oklahoma! Which, it turns out, is pretty much just never-ending straight farm roads. Also, more kitten!
We leave Little Rock, AR and make our way through some rain in the Ozarks. And we find a kitten!
We’ve made our way into Arkansas (which is filled with lots of very dusty dirt farm roads!) from Mississippi. The Africa Twin needed a new tire so we headed about 40 miles off course to pick one up from Cycle Gear in Little Rock.
After leaving the Wolfs we hit the road again and made our way into the state of Mississippi.
We had a fun couple of days taking a break from riding while visiting some friends and family near Nashville, TN.
